Shipping policy
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Below is a clear overview of how our shipping works within Australia.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We deliver Australia-wide using reliable express couriers like Australia Post, with most orders arriving within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, even for returned items.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international delivery and only ship within Australia.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. If unexpected delays occur, such as stock shortages, we will notify you immediately.
Tracking and Delivery Issues
Your tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. If your parcel shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local courier or post office first, then contact us. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, redelivery fees will apply.
